„Happines takes no account of time”

The project's theme is social inclusion. Project aim - to offer creative and interesting alternatives for birthday celebrations and traditions, contributing to the psychoactive substance - dependent youth initiative, enterprise and developing the important life and social skills. The project target - 40 of psychoactive substance dependent youth. Main activities: to celebrate the birthday of the new habits and traditions of different peoples to celebrate the festive traditions of contemporary intercultural learning through non-formal education methods and principles.
Youth Exchange Project
„Be free and without addictions”
01.02.2010. – 31.10.2010.
The project „Be free and without addictions” is multilateral youth exchange project, which will take place in Cesis, Latvia. The themes are social inclusion and healthy way of living. Project will last 9 months and exchange itself will be 10 days long. The aim of the project is together with international group of young people find alternative ways for addictions; using nonformal education methods, create interactive game for all society to make people think about negative sides of bad, addictive habbits. There will be four countries involved: Latvia, Slovenia, Italy and Ireland, represented by 5 young people and leader from each. Together we will search for different alternatives, how to aproach and motivate equals in age to say no to addictions and bad habbits.

"Green light on traffic lights - LET`S GO!

Project aim: to create educational, interesting and creative leisure activities (workshop: non-traditional sports, music, dance, etc.) of young people addicted to psychoactive substances, thus contributing to their initiative, enterprise and developing important life and social skills. |
